As of the week of 9/8/2020 I am no longer accepting new clients. New clients can email me to be placed on a Waitlist, please do not book services without speaking to me first.   When you are contacted about the Waitlist by my staff,  Melissa, at,  you will then be able to book your appointments.   Please check your spam box for our HIPAA compliant, encrypted emails.

Booking Directions
1. I am not a provider in your network, I am an OON (Out of Network Provider).  I bill your insurance for you electronically, as a convenience, and they send a check to your home typically within 7-10 days. 

2.Call your insurance company to get your Out of Network coverage, deductible,  and copay information, please bring payment to every session.

Please click on the TherapyPortal link emailed to you to fill out the intake paperwork. You can access your portal below by clicking the red button.

Your insurance company will be billed electronically and the following codes may be  used, but not limited to: 90791(intake) $175; 90837 (60 minute individual) $160; 90847(family with patient present) $160; 90846 (family session without patient present)

By selecting the booking button and booking a session you have knowingly, voluntarily, and specifically selected an out-of-network provider to provide services for you.  By booking an appointment you are consenting and implicitly/explicitly agree to pay for services rendered regardless of your coverage.

You are responsible for finding out your coverage, managing your account, payment for & requesting a receipt for and the balance of your bill for services.

**To Cancel Your Appointment 24 hours in Advance: Please Log in, then click on your Login name (top right), you will see your appointments then click the ^ (drop down symbol next to your appointment type) and click on the trash can icon. 

No Shows & last minute cancellation fee is the FULL FEE for the appointment missed.

Please be mindful to book your session near your location by clicking on the top right "All Staff" button while viewing the booking calendar. 

If you have not had an appointment in 30 days, please call before booking.
