Who am I?
Just Notice.
I want to celebrate my birthday week with all of you!
Let's celebrate who we are.
I have noticed feeling more grounded this month, really loving my choices, surfing daily, biking around, and sprawling on the sand looking at the clouds.
This makes me, ME. What makes you, YOU?

What Makes You, You?
We spend so much time trying to become better versions of ourselves that we sometimes forget to ask a simpler question:
What actually makes me, me?
It’s not just your personality, your history, or the things you’re good at. You are also shaped by the tiny choices you make every day — what you say yes to, what you say no to, what you notice, what you avoid, and what you keep coming back to.
Creating more of you doesn’t have to be a huge transformation.
Try noticing one small thing today:
What feels like me?
What gives me energy? What feels honest? What choice feels quietly right, even if nobody else would choose it?
And then notice the opposite:
Where am I avoiding myself?
Maybe there’s a conversation you keep postponing, a desire you dismiss, a boundary you’re afraid to set, a step closer to trusting others, or a choice you keep making because it’s expected of you.
You don’t have to fix the block immediately. Awareness comes first.
Pause. Get curious. Ask yourself,
What am I protecting myself from? What might I choose if I trusted myself a little more?
What if it is OK to be myself?
And my personal fav: Where am I stuck?
Sometimes becoming more yourself is simply the practice of making one small, conscious choice at a time.

Sometimes you just need to notice and the message is right in front of you. Love, even self-love, will find a way.
Pause. Breathe. Choose.
